SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How are my orders shipped?

We ship FedEx and USPS for most efficient delivery; USPS only for PO Box addresses. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships and can track your order on either the FedEx or USPS websites. We try our best to make deliveries within 3-5 business days, but for remote locations or during holiday periods delivery may take a week or more.

We offer free shipping on orders shipped to addresses in the continental US including AK, HI, and US territories.

Shipping delivery costs, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

Our shipping rates are dependent on weight and destination.  These rates are subject to change based on carrier rate fluctuations.  International shipping typically takes 6-10 business days for delivery. Please input your location information into our shipping calculator in the cart to determine your shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for any import duty and taxes and must follow Personal Use Importation Rules:

Biomic Sciences is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.  We kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.  Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

 

When will my order ship?

After placing your order with RESTORE, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a FedEx or USPS tracking number.

How can I check my order status?

Please enter your tracking number on the FedEx or USPS website to track shipping delivery of your package.

Can you expedite my order?

We do offer expedited or rush shipping at an additional charge for domestic shipments.  We do not offer expedited shipping internationally.  Expedited shipping means orders placed by 12:00 noon EST will ship the same business day, two-day FedEx service (business days only).

Do you ship internationally?

As mentioned above, we currently have personal use shipping available to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
