ION* Referral Program FAQs

Our referral program is a way for you to spread the ION* love to your personal network. If you refer a friend who is new to ION*, they get $10 to spend on any ION* order of $50 or more. When they make a purchase, you also get a $10 coupon to use on a future ION* order. Simply share your unique referral link through email, text, WhatsApp, or social media and watch the rewards roll in as you spread the good word.

You will receive a $10 coupon for each new referral upon their successful use of your referral link and online purchase of $50 or more.

You should receive your $10 coupon within 15 minutes of your friend’s purchase. If you haven’t received your coupon, please double check your spam folder for your reward email prior to contacting our awesome Customer Support team for assistance.

No, accounts are not required to join the program, but we do recommend all program participants sign up for an account so they can easily track and monitor the status of their rewards. To access the dashboard with your referral rewards, simply log in to our website with your membership (subscription) details.

No, the discount does not apply to shipping and taxes.

No, the coupon code cannot be combined with other ION* promotions.

No, referral coupons are one-time use and cannot be combined with other coupon codes.

At this time, the ION* referral program is available to our US customers, along with customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Luckily for you, referral reward coupons do not have an expiration date (or remain active as long as we offer the referral program).

Only new customers may be referred, i.e., friends or family members who have never placed an order on intelligenceofnature.com.

No, eligibility is limited to individuals only, and the program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation. A Qualified Purchase is defined as a purchase made by a Customer on the Website using the Program Link or a purchase of Product made by calling ION* Customer Support to place the order over the phone using the Program Link. A Referrer may only provide one Program Link to each Customer for a one-time purchase by such Customer. Any duplicate, repeat or additional purchases made by the same Customer are not considered Qualified Purchases and do not count toward any calculation of Reward Payments, below.

A Program Link is a unique URL provided by a Referrer to Customer. Each Program Link is only good for one purchase by a Customer and Customers may not reuse or share Program Links. All Qualified Purchases made through a Program Link are traced back to the original Referrer for the calculation of Referral Rewards.

The Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, one person using different email addresses). For purposes of calculating Referral Reward payments, only first-time / new purchasers are considered Customers and can make Qualified Purchases (i.e., no prior purchases from www.IntelligenceofNature.com).

In order to be eligible to receive a Referral Reward, each Qualified Purchase must be a total value of $50 USD or greater (minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party processing or other fees. Referral Rewards shall be paid in increments of $10 USD to the Referrer. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

For every Qualified Purchase, the Referrer shall receive a code for $10 off of their next purchase of Product. Referral Reward Payments are sent to Referrers via email immediately upon verification of the applicable Program Link. Referrers are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and current in order to receive Referral Reward Payments. Referral Rewards do not have an expiration date but Referrers may only use one Referral Reward Payment per order of Product. Codes are proprietary to each Referrer and may not be shared or transferred.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. ION*’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, affiliate marketing, or as any other program not specifically set forth hereunder.

Referrers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act and the FTC Endorsement Guides. Any distribution of a Program Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam”, or a violation of any other under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Program.

ION* reserves the right to close or terminate any Referrer’s account or the account(s) of any Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Customer attempts to use or participate in the Program after termination, is in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or breaches any of these Terms.

ION* reserves the right to modify, amend (in whole or in part) or cancel the Program or to modify, amend (in whole or in part) change these Terms at any time in its sole discretion and with no notice to you. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.

The ION* Referral Program is only available to Referrers and Customers in the United States, Australia and New Zealand and all Products must be purchased only on www.IntelligenceofNature.com.
