Katie’s Food Philosophy:

“With a culture focused on food trends and an oversaturated marketplace, making a choice on what to eat can be tough. Start by limiting processed foods and choosing whole foods first: less ingredients, less additives, less nonsense the body doesn’t need. Next, eat mostly plants. Preventive, protective, and healing plants provide a variety of micronutrients necessary for health.  But also keep in mind that modern agricultural methods have heightened exposure to harmful toxins, so when possible purchase organic and non-GMO foods to minimize exposure.”

Katie will be adding a new vegan and gluten-free recipe every other week.
