Standard Usage: 1 teaspoon, three times a day, before or with meals for those over age two. 1/4 teaspoon, three times a day, for those under age two.

Use can increase to 1 Tablespoon, three times daily, to support health goals, although 3 teaspoons per day is adequate for most individuals.

Due to RESTORE’s protective effects against gluten and especially glyphosate, taking RESTORE before meals, optimally 30 minutes prior, is preferred for maximum efficacy. However, you can take RESTORE immediately before, with, or after a meal, or even on an empty stomach, and still receive benefit.
